    Jill you exhibit all the qualities of a great yoga instructor. First of all, you are knowledgeable about the human body and how yoga poses improve muscle tone and flexability. You also understand how injuries can happen and you educate your students on the important ways to prevent them. But most of all you are patient, attentive to every student in your class, willing to help everyone regardless of their skill level, and always positive and full of encouragement. I enjoy your classes very much and I have made noticible gains in my flexability, strength, and energy levels since I have been practicing with you. I’m so happy you have decided to begin teaching!! I recommend you to anyone who is looking for a great yoga experience!

    I have felt and looked better since starting yoga with you. Most people don’t realize how strenuous yoga can be. The muscle tone and strength I have gotten is a great benefit. I am able to do things that people half my age would not consider doing thanks to yoga. Keep up the great work. I will recommend your classes to all my friends.

    I have been taking the Intermediate Yoga class and OMG what a difference it has made in my flexibility, strength and indurance! The class is very challenging but you can also go at your own pace and Jill gives you alternate ways of doing the pose. She is very professional and at the same time so much fun! I highly recommend Jill as a wonderful instructor. I felt very comfortable, everything about my experience was positive. Please come a try it out!

    Wow, I am still feeling the yoga we did Saturday and it feels wonderful. Jill is very patient and knowledgeable. I am a beginner, so I appreciate her giving extra explanations for me. I do regular cross training works outs. This was a completely different work out. It was nice to do something else for a change. The stretching felt so good. I would recommend Jill to all my friends. The next time I am in the Springfield Missouri/Ozark area I will take her yoga class with pleasure!!
