We have a class schedule that will work with your schedule PLUS affordable private lessons for those who are needing or wanting some one-on-one instruction.  Be sure to RSVP NOW to get into the class that works best for you!

Beginner Yoga

Are you new or mostly new to yoga?  Then this is the class for you!  Here we focus on learning poses and stretches that will help you gain confidence in yourself as you rapidly build strength and flexibility.  Classes are 1 hour in length

Intermediate Yoga

You should have a basic understanding of the more common yoga poses to participate at this level.  In this class you will learn and practice more advanced poses that will challenge your balance and stamina.  Classes are 60 or 90 minutes in length.

Private Lessons

Are as basic or as physically challenging as you like!  Private sessions can be held at my home studio, at the studio in Ozark, or in the comfort of your home or office.  Call or message me with questions at 417-501-4885.  Please check the schedule for hours and to RSVP for a private session.
