Gentle Hatha Flow
In this beginner’s level, hour-long group class, we focus on learning asanas, proper alignment, and SLOWLY getting you started into this gentle, but challenging hatha flow practice. In this class you will rapidly build strength and gain flexibility.
Advanced Hatha Flow
You should have a basic understanding of the more common yoga poses to participate at this level. In this yang group class you will learn and practice more advanced poses that will challenge your strength, while enhancing your flexibility and stamina. Classes are 60, 75 or 90 minutes in length.
Gentle Mind and Body Yoga
Stretch your whole body, settle and focus your mind, and just BREATHE! If this sounds like a good way to spend an hour, then come in and try this YIN class. This is a great class for anyone new to yoga or who needs a YIN practice. RSVP required!
Are as basic or as physically challenging as you like! Private sessions can be held at my home studio, at the studio in Ozark, or in the comfort of your home or office. Call or message me with questions at 417-501-4885. Please check the schedule for hours and to RSVP for a private session.
Mixed Level Yoga
This invigorating, yet relaxing hatha flow class is designed to accommodate all skill and experience levels. The class can range from 45 minutes to 75 minutes, so check the schedule for class length.
