We use this ‘infused’ EVOO for our pizza crust, but it can be used in just about anything!
Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15-20 garlic cloves
1/4-1/2 c. EVOO
Bake at 350-400 degrees F until the cloves turn tan.
Kick it up a notch by adding chipotle pepper flakes prior to baking–SUPER GOOD!!
